Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy
At Blackhouse Arcanum, we value your time and ours, which is why we have implemented a clear cancellation and rescheduling policy for consultations. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled consultation will be accommodated free of charge unless if the appointment is within the 48-hour mark then the fee will apply. However, for changes made the day of the scheduled consultation, a $50 fee will be applied to reschedule or cancel the consultation.
